Commitment

We meet once a month during the school year. We also host events as we deem necessary. 

Local Activities:

• Report to Site Council and/or parent group
• Collaborate with school sta­ff/parent groups to share information
• Help plan and participate in events

State Activities:

• Write or speak to legislators
• Testify during Committee 

The Lawrence Public Schools does not advocate for a particular political stance, candidate or party, but encourages community engagement in the legislative process and support for public schools.
