Criteria for all applications: 

• • A Kansas Resident (proof of residence with a utility bill, lease agreement, or car registration)
  • Birth Certificate
  • Grades from the current school (1st - 12th)
  • Immunization records
  • Signed assurance indicating understanding that parent/guardian will fulfill a learning coach role to support the student academically
  • Required attendance for grades 3-8 and 10-11 for state assessments (held in April annually)
  • Annual school fees of $115
