MS Science

Hi! I am Meg Jahnke. I am beginning my 23rd year in education, and my 18th year with the Lawrence Virtual School. I previously taught in both the Blue Valley and Olathe School Districts. I have taught an assortment of grades spanning from Kindergarten to 8th grade. There are wonderful things to learn and love with each age group! My undergraduate degree is from K-State in Elementary Education, with an emphasis in general science. My Master’s degree is in Educational Technology. The number one reason I love working at LVS is the priceless relationships I build with my students.

My family consists of my husband, Josh (a 5th grade teacher in the Shawnee Mission School district), our son Brooks (20), our daughter Harper (12), and our dogs, Maizy and Hazel. Our whole family LOVES cheering on the K-State Wildcats!
