This is my 13th year of teaching, but 2nd year at SWMS!  I have taught 6th grade Science for 12 years and I taught 1 year of eighth grade Physical Science and Integrated Algebra.         

I have a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Oklahoma Wesleyan University and a Master's in Technology Enhanced Teaching from MidAmerica Nazarene University. My favorite subject in school has always been Science, and I am excited to pass along my love of Science to your 6th graders.

On a more personal note, I am from Lawrence and graduated from Lawrence High School.  I am married, and we have two sons, Jake (8), and Trent (4.5). Both have red hair. We have two pets, a dog named Sasha, and a cat named Stella.
