Welcome to the 5th Grade!  My Name Is Ms. Ahlvers, I Have Worked at Prairie Park Since  2012. When I Started at Prairie Park I Was the Math Isa After That I Taught 5th Grade Before Moving to the 4th Grade and Now I Am Back in the 5th Grade.  I Am Originally from Granite City, Illinois Where I Earned My Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology Before Going to Ottawa University Where I Earned a Degree in Elementary Education.  I Have Three Boys, All of Whom When Through Lawrence Schools.  I Enjoy Going to the Dog Park with My Dog Bonnie and Playing Kickball with My Teams.
