Hello!  My name is Kristin Schmaus and I am the library media assistant.  I love helping everyone find amazing books to read.  I began working at New York in 2015.  Before that I was a substitute teacher, a stay-at-home mom, a 5th grade teacher and a Title Math teacher.  The best things about working in the library are being surrounded by wonderful books and getting to know each and every student at New York Elementary.  I love that our library is a welcoming place for everyone who walks through our doors.
